What happens when the youngest son of a poor Miller is left with only a cat too clever for his own good? Why, of course the cat learns to wield a sword, the son becomes the famous Marquis of Karabas, and this daring duo must fight a giant! What else did you expect? With the help of his trusted allies and furry friends, Puss and Boots set out to save the village and prove themselves! First Act heads to France with this classic folk tale of precocious schemes and fearless trickery perfect for both young actors new to the stage and veterans alike.
From novice to experienced young performers, our summer production camps provide a universal approach to children's theatre that embraces diversity and encourages inclusion and self-esteem. Audition skills are introduced and refined. Creative movement, vocal strength, memory development, acting technique, singing, dancing and group cooperation are fostered throughout the entire five day camp. The fun culminates in a FREE fully-costumed performance for family and friends!
