Rats: The Story of the Pied Piper Wednesdays Edgewood College

RATS! The town of Hamlin is overrun with them! The citizens are in a uproar-until the mysterious Pied Piper appears, offering to solve their dilemma for a small fee. Things seem to be going well, until the citizens refuse to "pay the piper". This delightful play based on the script by Dave and Jean Perry, tells the folktale of the Pied Piper of Hamlin in a fast-paced hilarious manner with charming characters that are perfect for youth actors of all experience levels

From novice to experienced young performers, our after-school production classes provide a universal approach to children's theatre that embraces diversity and encourages inclusion and self-esteem. Audition skills are introduced and refined. Creative movement, vocal strength, memory development, acting technique, singing, dancing and group cooperation are fostered throughout the eight weeks of rehearsal. The fun culminates in a FREE fully-costumed performance for family and friends!
